GardenStructure.com is a Canadian-based business located in Ontario. Our website address is: https://gardenstructure.com. We are responsible for the data you provide to us directly.

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

When you purchase a set of plans from our shop, we collect the following:

• Name and Email Address: We need this to send you the receipt and the download link for your plans.

• Billing Address: This is required by our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) to calculate the correct sales tax (HST/GST/PST) based on your location.

• IP Address: This is logged briefly during the checkout process to help prevent fraud and bot attacks.

3. Payment Information

We do not store or view your credit card information. We use PayPal to process all payments. When you are ready to pay, you leave our site and complete the transaction on PayPal’s secure servers.

• PayPal may collect your credit card number, expiry date, and security code to process the payment.

• We only receive a notification from PayPal telling us if the payment was successful so we can release the plans to you.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies strictly to make the website function.

• Cart Cookies: If you add a plan to your cart, a cookie remembers it so it is still there when you go to checkout.

• Login Cookies: If you create an account to save your downloads, a cookie keeps you logged in. These cookies are not used for tracking your behavior across the internet or for advertising.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

Nobody. We do not trade, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties, marketers, or “partner” companies. The only exception is if we are legally required to do so by Canadian law enforcement.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you make a purchase, we keep the order record (Name, Email, Address, and Order Details) for a minimum of 7 years. We do this strictly to comply with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax auditing requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.

• Request that we correct any mistakes in your data.

• Request that we delete your data (unless we are required to keep it for tax purposes).
