We are the deck company in Wasaga Beach that can help you create proper construction drawings and building permits. As far as Building Departments go, Wasaga is one of the easier ones to arrange for building permits.
You will find that they are reasonable in their requirements and generally you can ask them for information or advice by just walking up to the counter. Here’s an example. When we get permits approved in Barrie it takes a back and forth between 5 and 10 times and its all on line. They give feedback each time they deny. Step 1. Collect inspiration photos and come up with a wish list. If you have a min/max budget, think about that. We will chat about that during the design consultation.
Step 2. Drop by our Contact Us page or scroll down for the contact form. You can attach photos and your wish list there.
Step 3. We will call you for a quick chat about your project and hopefully you will see us as a good fit for your project. At that time we will book a design consultation on site so that we can measure up and take photos.
Step 4. We will put numbers to your deck design and then within a week or two we will meet to go over your project, options and budget.
Step 5. Once we pin down the design we can start on permit plans (if required), then apply for permits and schedule the project!
