Because these are digital products delivered via instant download, all sales are final. Once you have accessed or downloaded your purchased files, we cannot retrieve them, and therefore cannot issue refunds.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, preview images, sample pages, and specifications before making a purchase. Understanding Digital Products
