Who builds the best decks in Springwater? Of course, we do!

- We offer a 5 year warranty–and have had 3 warranty service claims in 35 years.

- We don’t build to minimum code specs– from pier spacing to beams to joist size and spacing, we build heavy. (Only on severely restricted budget projects will we deviate from this standard)

Our Process;
We specialize in designing and building decks for people who understand what happens when you look for a low-bid deck builder. Sometimes it works out, but, sometimes it is a disaster. We likely won’t be the ones to build your first deck. We may well be the deck company that builds your last deck though.
We will start out with a quick phone call to discuss your deck. What you want to do, what is most important to be included in your deck, and when you would like to build. If we are a good fit we will arrange a design consultation on site. We’ll take photos and measurements and maybe even do some sketches right there.
If you like where it is going, we can arrange to have designs created to put numbers to. Once we have the design down we can then book your deck to be built in Springwater.
Working drawings usually take a couple of weeks to get done… and permits usually takes 2-4 weeks.
