Return & Refund Policy

At GardenStructure.com, we provide professional-grade DIY plans and architectural design templates. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict policy to protect our intellectual property while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.

1. Digital Product Sales

All sales of digital products (including PDF plan sets and design templates) are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” purchasing the wrong plan, or project cancellations.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, dimensions, and preview images thoroughly before completing your purchase.

2. Technical Guarantee (The Exception)

We stand behind the quality of our files. A refund will be processed only under the following circumstance:

A verified technical defect exists in the file (e.g., a corrupted PDF) that prevents it from being opened or used.
Our support team is unable to provide a corrected, working version of the file within 48 hours of your report.

Reporting a Defect: You must report any technical issues to plans@gardenstructure.com within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved under the technical guarantee:

Refund Method: The full purchase price will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment.
Timeframe: Most refunds appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. No Physical Returns

GardenStructure.com and Designers Decks exclusively sell digital goods.

Return Shipping: Not applicable. There are no physical items to ship back.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

5. Complimentary Project Support

While we do not offer refunds for “difficulty understanding the plans,” we do provide free technical support for the life of your project. If you have questions regarding the structural details or assembly while you build, our designers are available to provide clarity and guidance.
