A complex design process for this monster deck, we ran through 3 revisions to the original conceptual 3D design. You will find all 3 iterations in these 3D Photorealistic Deck Design Images. It features a double Big Green Egg Kitchen, Double Arcadia Roof, lighting, glass railings and PVC capped decking.
Some decks are big, and some decks are high, but this one is Sky High!
Very large decks design and 3D rendering in Huntsville ON for a family that is not afraid of heights. I didn’t realize how afraid some people are of heights until I saw the Building Inspector holding on to the rail for dear life! Roughly 50′ from the upper deck to the ground, the previous deck was held to the beam with only 3 screws and was rotted about 10 years past it’s useful life. (Even if fastened properly). It took a few days to remove that old scary deck, but these are the renderings that the eventual deck was based on. Originally there was only 3 platforms, but we added the fourth lower platform to house the hot tub below. They would open up access to that deck from within later.
Part of the deck is on a slightly sloped roof, the footings are into solid rock, and it features PVC decking with automotive grade plastic on the exterior shell. Frosted tempered glass rails offer privacy to guests, it has an outdoor kitchen with 2 eggs and a hot tub on the lower level with a privacy screen as well. Views from this deck are astonishing–but you will have to wait for the final shots this spring. The deck is finished and it was built by “The Deck Store”. The conceptual 3D Deck Designs were by GardenStructure.com for Paul Lafrance Design.
